Cleared Payment & Next Steps

What “Cleared” Means

Your payment has been authorized and captured by our payment partner. Once payment is accepted, we will process your order and send the parcel as soon as possible.

Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • Order review: 0–24 hours (fraud-check & address validation).
  • Packing: usually within 1 business day after review.
  • Dispatch: next available pickup. You’ll receive a tracking email immediately after handoff.

Peak periods or custom/limited items may require extra handling time. We’ll notify you if that happens.

Tracking Your Parcel

A tracking number will be emailed to the address used at checkout. You can also view it any time in My Account > Orders.

Address or Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately. Once a parcel is shipped, changes must be requested through the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Verification & Security

For your protection, we may request additional verification if our system flags unusual activity (for example, name/address mismatch or multiple high-value orders). Verification helps us prevent fraud and keep your account secure.

Common Questions

My payment shows “cleared,” but I don’t see tracking yet.
Tracking is created after dispatch. If it has been more than 2 business days since clearance, please contact us with your order number.
Why was my order split?
To ship faster, items may leave from different locations. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if that happens.
Can I change my shipping method after payment?
Before dispatch, we’ll try our best to accommodate changes. After dispatch, options depend on the carrier’s policies.
