Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions under which products purchased on deerab.com or through our mobile application (together, the “Site”) may be returned or refunded. The owner and operator of the Site is Deerab Trade Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by this Policy with immediate effect.

Returns Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-returnable: Perishables, personal care items, intimate goods, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We’ll confirm if your return is approved and provide instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Send the item using a trackable method. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the buyer pays return shipping.
  4. Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, wallet, or other method used at checkout).
  • Timing: Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or provider to post the refund.
  • Partial Refunds: We may grant partial refunds where items are not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange for the same item, contact [email protected].

Cancellations

  • Your cancellation: You may cancel your order anytime before it has shipped.
  • Our cancellation: We may cancel orders if payment fails, items are unavailable, suspicious/bulk ordering is detected, or for other reasonable reasons. You will be notified, and any payment captured will be refunded.

Exceptions & Refusals

  • Return request made outside the stated timeframe.
  • Items returned without prior approval or missing required materials.
  • Signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by us.
