Rates & Timeframes

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout and in your order confirmation.
  • Multiple items in an order may ship separately; you won’t be charged more than shown at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • We’ll email you tracking information when available.

Address Accuracy

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • If you need to correct an address, contact [email protected] immediately; changes may not be possible once shipped.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address provided or upon pick-up, as applicable.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
  • We’ll work with the carrier/vendor to resolve issues quickly.
