Rates & Timeframes
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout and in your order confirmation.
- Multiple items in an order may ship separately; you won’t be charged more than shown at checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- We’ll email you tracking information when available.
Address Accuracy
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address provided or upon pick-up, as applicable.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
- We’ll work with the carrier/vendor to resolve issues quickly.
